Spotted!: James Weiss at his family's estate in Derbyshire looking after his horses!

We certainly wouldn't mind if he took us out for a ride.

Seems to us that the young Weiss decided to celebrate his latest success -- signing startlet Sam Condé -- in the quaint English estate.

What we find oddly peculiar is that he did not take brand new girlfriend Eleonora Milazzo with him. Guess the 90 days of infatuation are over! Or could it be that he didn't want to mix business with his real personal life?
